I offer an individualized approach to each of my clients. Together we determine what will work best for you, with you in control. Using traditional talk therapy but over modern telehealth technology, we use an eclectic blend of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. . I work with those suffering from trauma induced disorders, especially depression and anxiety. Life transition challenges as well as relationship issues are also a focus for my work.
